Made-to-Order Products:

Due to the nature of our products being made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once your order has been processed and production has begun. This ensures we can minimize material waste and maintain our commitment to sustainable production.

Before production begins:

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and receive a full refund. Please contact us immediately to initiate this process.
  • If you need to modify your order after 24 hours but before production begins, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, a modification fee may apply depending on the changes required.

After production begins:

  • Once production has started, we are unfortunately unable to accept cancellations or offer refunds. This is because the materials have already been committed to your specific order.


  • In the unlikely event that we make a mistake with your order, we will gladly offer a full refund or replacement product. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to report any errors.
