How long till my puzzle arrives?
Give it about 5–6 working days.
We pack it, send it, and then you can track it like it’s your new personality trait.
Can I return or exchange it?
Because our drops are limited editions, we don’t offer returns or exchanges. Once it’s yours, it’s yours.
If it arrives damaged (we’d hate that), message us within 48 hours and we’ll fix it. We’re cool like that.
Are the designs actually limited?
Yes. We don’t do “unlimited but calling it limited.”
Small batches only. When it sells out, it’s archived. End of era.
Is it really frame-worthy?
Museum-grade material. Clean cuts. Rich detail.
So yes, please frame it. That’s the whole point.
Do you do custom pieces?
